There is a lot of attention on voter fraud right now in Georgia, and we want you to exercise your ability to vote safely and legally.
If local authorities, housing officials, or party officials are forcing you vote for candidates under duress including threats to evict you or take away your utility vouchers, they are forcing you to commit voter fraud which is a felony that will have you facing up to 10 years in prison.
Voter fraud comes in a number of shapes and forms:
-
Voting twice is FRAUD.
-
Having someone vote for you is FRAUD.
-
Intimidating someone, threatening someone, or forcing someone to vote a specific way is FRAUD.
Penalties for fraud include:
-
a felony conviction
-
1 to 10 years in prison
-
Fines of up to $100,000
